Dr. Kent Boon
Dr Kent Boon is a Doctor of Dental Medicine graduate from the University of Western Australia. Since graduating, he has worked at Sydney, Perth, and rural Western Australia. He is currently completing his postgraduate training in the Masters of Implantology at Goethe University located in Frankfurt, Germany. In addition, he is a certified Invisalign provider and has achieved further education in Wisdom Teeth Surgical Extraction and Root Canal Treatment.
Dr. Boon uses a holistic treatment approach when performing all aspects of general dentistry, and yet has a keen interest in implant and cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and crowns. He often utilises a variety of treatment modalities to assist patients to achieve the smile they desire. Alongside that, Dr. Boon prides himself on his cultural awareness, being able to speak fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, socialising, travelling, drawing, and playing the guitar.
Dr. Fiona Dang
Dr Fiona Dang is one of Kita, she is fast becoming a dental patient favourite due to her caring, honest manner. She first got interested in dentistry due to orthodontics. She was fascinated at the ability to create nice confident smiles for people. As a dentist, she now likes to focus on both prevention and cosmetic treatments, but her original orthodontic interest means she likes to offer invisalign clear aligners to her patients, or composite veneers to help build up damaged teeth.
An avid animal lover, when she is not at work, she is probably spending time with her two mini dachshunds going on mini adventures, to suit their mini size. Her love of animals may be why she is so patient and caring.
She also loves health eating and takes a holistic approach to medicine, life and her patients’ health and dental needs. Her current favourite healthy eating spot in Surry Hills is FishWave in Oxford Village.

Dental Fees and Prices
Kita Dental is the preferred provider for NIB, CBHS, GU Health, Qantas Insurance, Suncorp, Apia Health, AAMI and ING Insurance. With the appropriate coverage, no gap payment applies.
We accept ALL health funds at Kita Dental. Our check-up and clean prices start from $270 (excluding OPG).
We provide a quote before every treatment that we offer. Typically, a portion of the treatment cost is covered by your private health fund depending on patient’s level of cover.
For those without a private health fund, we offer very competitive prices. In most cases it will be lower than that of the private health fund prices.
