Disclaimer: All fees shown are indicative estimates only and are not a quote. Your final treatment fee will be confirmed in writing following a clinical consultation. Individual results depend on bone volume, anatomy, and clinical factors specific to each patient. Any Medicare or health fund rebates applicable to associated services (such as anaesthesia or hospital fees) will be discussed with you at your consultation. This information is general in nature and does not constitute dental advice.

Every All on 4 quote looks different because it’s rarely comparing the same thing. It’s worth understanding what typically drives the difference:
All On 4 implant surgery is a significant procedure. Many people, particularly those who have avoided dentistry for years, carry anxiety about visiting the dentist. IV sedation means you are deeply relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatment.
Most clinics advertise an attractive headline price and add sedation costs of $3,000 to $5,000 after your consultation. We don’t believe in that approach. At Kita Dental, sedation is included in every package.
IV sedation is administered by an independent, ICU-trained anaesthetist, a medical doctor with critical care training whose sole role during your procedure is your safety. Medicare rebates apply where eligible, reducing your out-of-pocket contribution to approximately $4,000. Your exact gap is confirmed before you commit to treatment. As an independent clinician, your anaesthetist has the authority to pause or stop the procedure at any point if they determine it is not safe to continue. This authority exists entirely in your interest.
A try-on is your opportunity to see, feel and approve your new teeth before the final restoration is made. It is not a formality — it is a genuine checkpoint where adjustments can be made.
1 Surgery day — implants are placed and you may receiver your temporary teeth on the same day.
2 Healing period — your implants integrate with the bone over several months while you wear your temporary teeth normally.
3 Try-on appointment — you see and feel a prototype of your final teeth. Shape, colour, length, bite — everything can be refined here.
In Australia, All on 4 treatment is provided by AHPRA-registered dental practitioners and is delivered under Australian clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
Treatment planning, surgery, and follow-up care are typically managed within the same clinic, allowing continuity throughout the entire process. If adjustments or maintenance are required after treatment, patients return to the same clinical team.
At clinics such as Kita Dental, implant systems used (including internationally established brands such as Straumann BLX and Neodent) are supported by long-term clinical research and global use in implant dentistry.
You may be eligible to apply for early release of superannuation to fund dental implant treatment that is considered medically necessary. Approval is subject to ATO guidelines and requires supporting clinical documentation from your treating dentist and GP. We can prepare the clinical documentation needed to support your application. You may be able to receive some health fund and Medicare rebates, such as those for the anaesthetist fee, however coverage varies significantly between funds and policies. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to understand what your policy includes for major dental procedures.
